Terms & condition for online customer:
Once you select a product on our website and order online, please note the following:
- Product Identification number (I.D.) is given with each product image on the website.
- The price of the product, excluding shipping charges. Shipping / handling charges shall be extra and in case of product exchange the shipping charge is non-refundable.
- Shipping delivery time for inside Bangladesh generally 2 working days, for overseas customer it is 3 - 5 working days. Due to unavoidable circumstances, i.e. Strike, Natural calamity, etc. the delivery time may be longer.
- Please note the image shown on the web is a guideline of the real product and is always brighter and vivid, in reality there might be minor deviation from that of the image or in design and color.
- For payment procedure, please follow standard online selling/buying method.
- While ordering, mention Product-I.D. numbers and quantity correctly.
- Delivery cancellation- contact “Rang” for any cancellation and it should made before shipping. Once we ship we can not cancel the order.
- If you have made payments through your credit or debit card, there will be a fee for cancellation. Amount of cancellation fee will depend upon the card provider and other internal factors. And “Rang” will decide about this amount during cancellation.
- We take each & every precaution and stringent Q.C. system to give you the best of product made out of quality materials. But sometimes some deviation may occur. Please accept our apology and note the following while you purchase/receive our product:
- We will replace the product which does not meet our product standard.
- Make sure you keep the original invoice / Tags / or any proof of purchase with you.
- Contact our nearest outlet manager/ Sales manager along with the invoice and price tag within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.
- Products must be intact and in good condition as received. Product purchased during festivity (Eid, Puja, Boisakh etc.) can be exchanged within 2 days of Purchase. After Festival we cannot change the product due to accounts procedure. We can’t exchange product purchased on discounted price.
